“I really wanted to like this show, but I just can’t. First , it’s just TMI, TMI, TMI. Recently they aired the first of a two part show about The Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Having just read a book about how these gardens were possibly located somewhere other than Babylon, I was hoping to hear more about this theory in the podcast. Unfortunately, they spent most of the entire first part of this 2 parter (and these are LONG podcasts)talking in excruciating detail about the history of Babylon - much of which was irrelevant. I wish I could say this was the exception, but I have listened to enough of these podcasts to know it is not.
To add to the torture, the hosts sound like they are just reading from an encyclopedia.
I will never find out if they talk about the mid-location theory of the Hanging Gardens in the 2nd part of the podcast series as I unsubscribed.”
