Hello and Welcome to another episode of UNFILTERED! In this conversation we take on the topic of Meditation and all the amazing ways we utilize it on our Spiritual Journey! We discuss our personal take and approaches to meditation, various technique we use throughout the practice, and net outcomes or results thereof in the overall style of living, approach to life, stress and personal development. We discuss the multitude of ways meditation works both physically, emotionally, and spiritually to help us detox, draw awareness to our subconscious and allow us to receive a deeper picture of the wholeness that is our being and life. Meditation works wonders on so many levels of self through a multitude of “bodies” and thus allows us to dream, envision, and start to touch the larger portions of self that hold the unlimited knowing of us. Meditation has many forms, many approaches, and many takes, thus no form of meditation is wrong as long as it brings you more unique awareness of overall sense of being or the being of us.
