Description
Hello,
Welcome to another episode of UNFILTERED! In this episode we take on the topic of Stress and how the nuance thereof effects our everyday living!
In modern day society, stress seems to have come on board as a regular item in life, we expect, anticipate, and welcome stress in as a standard form of living. But what if I told you stress is not the standard of being? What if stress was a personal choice of self that in the long run exists to hide away our fears, keep us from seeing the depth of our mind, and positions us away from knowing?
Stress has become an pandemic within itself. It overrides our nervous system, shortens our life, and brings in a slew of undesired experiences of self that we are helpless to live around.
In this podcast we discuss the deeper meaning behind stress, the depth of its origin and overall affects of stress on our system. We discuss ways to dig deeper into stress, uncover the origins of our innate pain and worry, see through the points of stress and ultimately choose to see the depth of us instead of the side effects of our living.
Finding the origins of stress is the key to finding self. The discovery of being beyond the limiting scopes of self. Discovery of life, discover you life and find self in endless, loving interpretations of you!
Thank you for listening, reading and hope you enjoy this take on expansion of living!
With Love, Tanya & Elliott
