Doing vs Being

Description
Hello and Welcome to another Podcast Episode of UNFILTERED! In this episode we take on the topic of Doing vs Being and our personal struggles with the concepts. We start from interpreting our own understanding of doing and how we see our “doing” as a reflection of our pain body, trauma, and unknowing. We explore the topic and how our doing is usually a reflection of our state of being and ask if “doing” can be done from the “right” state of being. We further go on to define how we differentiate doing from being and some of the identifying signs of “being” being done from the approach of openness, oneness, and connection to the whole. In the end we draw our own conclusions, draw some further clarity of the background of the two states of being, and ultimately conclude with intention of awareness as the approach forward. Hope you enjoy our discussion, our personal take on things, and find your own amazing truth in being vs doing. Thank for listening, reading, and being the amazing version of you now and always.
