Description
If you've been following the Katbot Chronicles we hope you are wondering what use cases exist for school leaders when it comes to digital twins. While Kathleen and Tricia have many many more ideas, they wanted to share a few of their use cases, and model one of them with Katbot. The full list:   Accessible Virtual Office Hours: The digital twin Katbot can facilitate virtual office hours, positioning the head of school as approachable and available whenever, wherever. How might this change the way others build a relationship with the real head of school? How might this help parents, caregivers, students and faculty rehearse conversations they want to have with the real head of school?   Supportive Caregiver Guidance: The digital twin Katbot can provide an overview of caregiver-facing resources, offering practical advice on how to engage with their child's holistic development. By addressing how to navigate the curriculum, understand school policies, and participate actively in their child’s educational journey, the twin Katbot can be available to parents and caregivers away from campus, or in the process of deciding on whether or not the school is a good fit for their family. How might this make policy more readily understood?   Dress Rehearsal Professional Development: The digital twin Katbot could review plans for a PD  session, highlighting or building out questions about how the learning directly connects with a strategic plan. Katbot could provide feedback on the plans before the session is delivered, ensuring the session understands the context of the school. How might this help facilitators make necessary changes to ensure PD is relevant?   Compassionate Crisis Management: During times of crisis, the digital twin Katbot can provide timely, empathetic updates and guidance, ensuring that all members of the school community are informed and supported. How might this free up time for the leadership team in ensuring questions can be answered more efficiently?   Deploy strategy thought partner: The digital twin Katbot could role play a scenario the head of school is concerned about, highlighting possible strategies, timelines, and alternative ideas. How might this help a leader think through case studies in an interactive way? Want to send us your thoughts? www.unhingedcollaboration.com
