The Engine That Drives the Sport
There is no greater force in the game of soccer than the influence of coaches. We set the culture for players, spectators (parents), sponsors and administrators and other stakeholders. No six year-old has ever signed up for soccer by them self. From that first encounter, a coach has set the tone for how all involved will view the sport. A great deal of a coach’s time is spent attending to factors away from the field so that what happens on the field is in the best interest of the players we serve. Like United Soccer Coaches, the podcast provides a platform for learning from one another.
