It’s not because women are simply seeking higher salaries (though that’s a discussion for another time), greater challenges, or a change of environment and leadership…   It’s because of an embarrassing lack of knowledge and understanding about menopause symptoms on the employer. Employers, not only aren’t supporting women during menopause, they’re not even talking about it.
