The World Needs to See the Unseen World
I am listening to this show as it comes out in the fall of 2020. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I think we all really needed something like this right now. As is common of the Long Story Short crew, the show is technically unimpeachable, the acting is lovely, and the music is beautiful. But that’s not what really gets me about it. This is the first piece of new media I have seen since this spring that feels comforting and safe. There were lots of feel-good writings and music videos and such this year, but it all had sort of a sugary veneer. The positivity felt manufactured. Unseen doesn’t claim to be rosy, but it does have a note of catharsis that feels so honest. Well done, all.

To be honest, I haven’t listened to anything by Long Story Short productions since Wolf 359 and I loved this!!! It engaged me the entire time even with one voice, the world was great, and the sound design was enchanting (pun intended).
