"Is he going to kill us?" -- On the early morning of December 4th, 1997, 10 year old Amber Daniels is standing in the middle of a dirt road, barefoot, in her pyjamas, faced with an impossible choice: run away on her own from the man who kidnapped her, or stay with him to try and save her sisters. What happened to her family the previous night, now known as the Santa Claus killings, would only be solved because of Amber’s courage, and she would make sure her kidnapper would pay for what he took from her.
