“Anybody listening to the Harry Potter podcast knows this book series by mere mention. I needed another wizard named Harry in my life while that podcast was on hiatus (plus anything Roshawn and Natasha do together is pure gold) and decided to try out this book series. Guys....I couldn’t do it. The story is SO intriguing but I cannot get past the writing style and HEAVY (unnecessary)male perspective (or male gaziness as the girls say). Luckily I can follow along through this podcast, unspoiled, with the overall story and skip over all the things I disliked about the book and appreciate the wonderful new take on popular lore as Jim Butcher intended. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who loves this book series, or just wants to enter another magical world through the lovely collaboration of Roshawn and Natasha.”
