Description
Today Clodagh is joined by Rachael who has very bravely agreed to share her Unspoken with us. Rachael’s Unspoken centres around her brother Alan, who very sadly died by suicide in early 2017 while Rachel was seven months pregnant with her third child. Rachael speaks about what it was like to lose her much loved brother in such a traumatic way, the what if questions that come with losing someone to suicide, and the grief that absolutely consumed her in the aftermath of his death. Rachael is a joy to listen to and shares so much wisdom throughout our conversation, so much so, that you will leave today’s episode with hope in your heart.
