Description
Today Clodagh is joined by Sandra who very bravely shares her Unspoken with us. Sandra’s story centres around her lifelong struggle of feeling like she was never reaching her full potential and being so self critical and disappointed in herself because of this; her difficulty in forming meaningful relationships with people, which usually led to her giving up and moving on; and the earth shifting moment she experienced, when, as her daughter was undergoing an ADHD assessment, everything suddenly made sense for her. Sandra speaks so passionately about her experience and that of her daughter, and today’s episode is a must listen for us all.
