Belief, you have to have belief in faith that you can do it. Positive self talk in your head. I can't stress how important this is. Specialist not a generalist. Visualize success, I can visualize myself and just about anything I want to do have it become I see it in my head first. MFA, massive f*****g action and getting what you want to do. Sometimes it's almost impossible to take MFA because you might be in a world of shit, you might be going through some really trying times you might have the world, the weight of the world on your shoulders. And because of that, getting up and trying to take MFA on a daily basis just isn't gonna happen. So you have to start off with small consistent wins.
