“What I love most about these girls and this podcast is the safe and strong community it has created. All the podcasts are on important topics that somehow any listener can related in some way or another. Whether it’s the same struggle of a mental illness or the cultural upbringing that we share. I’ve learned things from coping methods to opening my eyes wider to what exists within those close to us and we had no idea. I love the knowledge and advice this podcasts provides for those dealing with certain topics or how to help a close one who struggles with it. I have befriended so many new people after connecting on a specific topic. Those Instagram interactions on their posts lead to friendships. Thank you for creating this safe place we can listen to and help one another.”
