Misses the mark
I was excited about this, but it’s lacking chemistry between the good vs evil characters because they’re literally never in the same plot, which is too bad because those few moments are where this podcast is at its best. Instead the action is completely separate from the protagonists with meaningless killings and no suspense because the guys are hardly ever in danger. This premise is the perfect set-up for a serial, but there is little that makes you want to keep listening, as the only cliffhanger in the first few episodes results in the characters being separated again. Because of this, the comedy is unrelated to the plot, with ramblings of Tom Brady, bags of chips, and finished basements. It also has a bunch of played out stereotyped accents. The only saving grace to the storyline are the big names and high production value.

I’ve tried to like this podcast. However, I’m in the 7th episode and it’s never evoked even the slightest chuckle. I give up.
