“I’ve never reviewed a podcast before, but I like this one and would be happy if it improved. The story so far is interesting and the voice actors are ok, although most of the female characters sound very similar with exception of Lilly. But the sound editing is so bad. Some of the effects are pretty realistic (swinging porch swing) while basic footsteps sound like hitting a weird synthetic footstep button on an old keyboard. The worst part is that the volume is so inconsistent. You have to keep your finger on the volume buttons through the entire episode. Most of the dialogue is too quiet to hear without turning the volume all the way up, but then a screeching door hinge will some other sound effect, music, etc will force you to turn the volume way down. If the producers could fix this it would be a very enjoyable podcast.”
