Thank God I Found this Podcast
UPDATED: Less than a month away from Pitchers & Catchers reporting & I have 7 1/2 out of 34 episodes left before I can proclaim myself 0.9er. I work from home, I've spent alot of time in the gym this winter & my life is about as pathetic as Jason Parks'. Absolutely worth it, these guys don't win podcast awards only because the audience they attract aren't the kind of people that would ever vote or even know how to vote for podcast awards. They've brought me intellegent baseball conversation while everyone I know & everyone on tv/radio is concerned with the football season & Lebron James. This podcast is also responsible for introducing me to Metafiction, The Shaggs, the magnificent KC Royals System & my discovering that Texas Chili is garbage (I already knew that Mexican Coke was amazing). Considering that it's free & that everyone you'll hear on it is liberal, likable, completely biased & funny, I'd definately recommend giving them a listen. & if you're a baseball junkie who's friends with nothing but pro football fans & have ever in your life considered trying Texas Chili, this podcast may literally save your life. Your Uncle L ORIGINAL REVIEW: Two weeks after the end of the baseball season I found myself searching for a new baseball podcast to listen to while I work out. That's when I stumbled upon Up & In, I saw that it was two hrs long & explicit & thought this could possibly work. It ends up that Kevin & Jason know what they're talking about & are pretty funny without having to try. Problem is they mention a dozen inside jokes an episode & they're on episode 25. I've now listened to 3 full shows & have roughly 50 hrs to listen to before I'm completely caught up. Thanks alot Keep it up Your Uncle L

Great chemistry between Jason and Kevin and always informative discussion (even the rambling tangents).

This sounds lame, but I look forward to it every week. It has made me try to work the 20-80 grading scale into everyday conversation. Its not all baseball, but you thats more then fine. The non-baseball stuff is just as good as their non-baseball stuff, its light and easy free flowing...Read full review »

I really enjoy this podcast. I Like the baseball talk, the non-baseball talk, and mostly the interaction between Kevin and Jason.
