“Jason is so cocky, arrogant, and insulting to anyone with a different opinion than him. “Ooh look at me, I worked at MacWorld. I AM YOUR GOD!” Just so off-putting. He occasionally makes good arguments. It’s just unfortunate his enflated ego makes it hard to listen to. Edit Feb 2024: in one episode Jason makes a broad sweeping statement about free apps being totally fine under the DMA because they’re free. In the next episode he’s extremely rude and arrogant towards somebody who wrote in with a caveat about his statement, and Jason is basically like “well I’ve said in prior episodes emulators are a caveat.“ So I guess he’s allowed to make sweeping statements but nobody’s allowed to correct him because he said something years ago? This man is too cocky, too arrogant, too self-righteous, and thinks he’s the god of all Apple news because he’s been doing it for a while and nobody can ever correct him. This is not an isolated incident. Myke used to be a much nicer guy, but honestly Jason is dragging him down into somebody I now have less respect for and less interest in his business success.”
