“My name is Kara ! My husband charles !and we live in Panama City beac FL . Vacation rental GO 2 place in the panhandle !
We own properties in FL CO And MO , that we rent out and own : we also while living in FL CLEAN our properties at the departures .
We then manage condos for owners in FL 45 units and MO 10 units .. were living the American dream being able to work remotely
Being hands on we have trunks fill of laundry , work on every holiday weekend doing and handelinf maintenance calls
And on top we just had a new baby !
I listen to the podcast while feeding the baby 12-7 am , and this podcast has gotten me to edit myself as a owner and manager !
At night time I edit my access emails , contact my insurance provider ?put together goodie bags for my guests , get mailing labels written on post cards for more owners to pick up to manage , and relate to heather on multiple issues .
