Hello! Welcome back to my podcast! When I started my podcast we were right in the middle of a global pandemic and to date we are still going through it. I’ve never spoken on it though and for no particular reason. I traveled recently though and the traveling experience will certainly heighten your awareness and consciousness about the time we are living in. Preparing to travel is no longer limited to packing and buying foreign currency.. now you have to ensure your tested negative for the virus and in some cases you may even be required to be vaccinated. Of course you also have to mask up and keep safety distance. Upon returning home to jamaica- we are required to get another negative test and also acquire travel authorization. And once you arrive you have to quarantine for a period. Now my time of quarantine was particularly difficult because I don’t like being alone- don’t ask me what that’s about I’ve just never had to and quite prefer it that way. Anyway .. during this time of quarantining I started thinking about persons who would’ve actually caught the virus and had to be isolated how lonely and sad that must’ve been.
