Description
Adam Sud, aka "Plant Based Addict" recovered from a devastating addiction to drugs. He was over-weight, tired and hopeless. He felt that change was nearly impossible, yet, when he began aligning his actions with his beliefs, he began to see hope. Adam lost a significant amount of weight and as a result, saw many of his health problems disappear as well. Over the last few years, Adam has been dedicating his time to helping others not only recover from addiction, but also, heal themselves physically and mentally. Adam is the founder of the non-profit, Plant-Based for Positive Change; which focuses on the impact of plant-based nutrition and it's relationship to addiction recovery, mental health, and physical health recovery. The program seeks to gain a greater understanding of how food is related to self-love, self-care and our connection to the self and the world.
