Description
Tony Drake spent 27 years of his life being overweight. When he was 12 years old, he was 255 pounds and his life revolved around junk food. Because of this, he was bullied at school; he was spit on, had slurpees thrown at him, had signs put on his back, and even punched. He was called names by his classmates and even one of his teacher's aides.
At age 21, Tony reached 335 pounds. He had no discipline and no idea what "healthy eating" was. In 2005, his brother Dorian became his mentor and taught him how to work out. He lost 44 pounds and then met his now wife, Danelle, who taught him about nutrition.
Today, Tony has lost a total of 120 pounds and lives a vegan lifestyle. He has since married Danelle and recently had a baby girl! In 2019, Tony began coaching others to live their best lives.
In this podcast, Tony shares his personal story along with his coaching program!
