“Hi. Public Defender here. So important to remember that prosecutors have strict Brady requirements, and that they are a big piece of this problem. Don’t know anything about AZ, but in CA, ignorance is not a legal excuse for a Brady violation. A DA can be disciplined by the State Bar for violating Brady!
