Katheryn Winnick has gone from playing a simple Shield Maiden, to playing one of the most powerful characters on TV. But her ascent didn't happen by accident. She's been fighting her whole life to get to where she is - a fight she happens to be well equipped for thanks to holding a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo.
