Ready to dust off my violin
I began playing violin at age 9, playing through college and a bit beyond. I’m now almost 50 and am now wanting to dust off my violin and take it up again. I’m a new listener, but I have enjoyed the tips provided. Right away I jumped to the episodes of how to get back into it. I’ve also considered dabbling in Irish fiddling, so I love that there is an episode on that too. Most importantly, the podcast is very down-to-earth and not condescending. I’m really enjoying it!

I discovered this podcast recently, after Julia was interviewed on The Strad magazine’s podcast. Found this episode on body awareness particularly useful, as I am rebounding from a (bow arm) injury.
