“I love the way Robin simplifies what you can do to help yourself. We’ve been friends and she’s been my health coach for a couple of years now.
One of the biggest problems I had was I was forgiving towards everyone but the only person I wasn’t forgiving was me. Once I figured that out and forgave myself for my short comings (which was a lot) I was able to move on. This helped my weight loss a lot. I’m down 63lbs.
Her suggestions for weight loss are so simple and do-able ! In the past trying different weight loss programs, they weren’t really do-able or sustainable-
