Agility and Sense of Purpose', a conference by Marc Menesguen. Marc Menesguen (HEC 77), Chief Marketing Officer at L’Oréal, came to HEC during the Visions of Leadership seminar to give an inspiring speech about “Agility & Sense of Purpose”. He explained that innovation is the key element of agility and Agility can only be efficient with maximal clarity/pertinence of the mission. The HEC Paris step-by-step process of leadership development is fully integrated into the pedagogy of HEC programs to grow the students’ leadership capacity. Leadership involves a set of cognitive, social, political, psychological and ethical talents and skills that can be enhanced thanks to our Analytical, Critical and Experiential (ACE) approach.
