Commander of the Ecoles de Saint-Cyr Coetquidan since 2009, General Eric Bonnemaison gives an interactive speech on the virtues and key attitudes of a leader. HEC Students have to take decision in regards with differents war contexts to highlight the qualities of a leader. The HEC Paris step-by-step process of leadership development is fully integrated into the pedagogy of HEC programs to grow the students’ leadership capacity. Leadership involves a set of cognitive, social, political, psychological and ethical talents and skills that can be enhanced thanks to our Analytical, Critical and Experiential (ACE) approach.
