“Great concept, but the host needs to get out of the way. We want to hear from the guests, their stories. Please stop interrupting them and going off on tangents, trying to relate. Let them talk. Ask a question and get out of the way. And you should jump straight into the interview, drop the long unnecessary solo intro. Keep it up, just change your mode of interaction.”
