“I’m not an expat nor have I ever lived in Japan but I really enjoy listening to current events or just events in general in Japan. The hosts have a great dynamic and always have great discussions. They’ve had some really interesting guests come on (Damien and his experience with the Yakuza!). The nice thing is that they’re up in Sapporo and so many of the blogs/vlogs/YouTubers are in Tokyo. It’s nice to hear what life is like up north.
Hopefully they can bring Yumi back on a regular schedule as I think she brings great perspective being Japanese. Loving the podcast, can’t wait to hear more! If you have any interest in Japan at all, this should definitely be on your rotation. I look forward to every new episode!”
