“This podcast never fails to expand my mind and heart, of course all taking place in a location that has had my heart for years the few times I’ve had the privilege of visiting. As a surf instructor, ocean lover and lover of all things water, Esalen and the Monterey area in general I grew up exploring are pure examples of blue mind spaces to me. I particularly appreciate the Blue Mind Summit and mindfulness co-created with blue spaces. I get so excited to share what I’ve learned when I share the magic of surfing with others, and plan to incorporate this research into my future work as a therapist as well! Thanks Voices of Esalen!”
