“I only recently began to listen to podcasts that give insight to how a film or show was made. This one is the best I’ve heard! I’m not sure if it’s the resonance with black culture and the representation but this made the film that much more beautiful. To hear all the meticulous effort to get the Mayan history and culture as correct as possible as well as the love and dedication to Chadwick warmed my heart. There were times when I dropped a little tear just because I was so touched to hear all the love Ryan and the cast and crew had for the project. This was honestly one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to and I’m grateful to everyone involved for giving the films and this podcast to us and our cultures. Just beautiful!”
