Never really liked affirmations before
I’ve been trying to boost the positive thoughts and naturally healing my nervous system after a recent car accident. And having a meditation routine every morning and some nights plus, a separate time for positive affirmations with Wake Me Up has been highly beneficial to my healing and recovery. I used to resist positive affirmations because I thought they were ineffective. But the more I do them the more I realize how helpful they really are. And have been recommending them to people I know who are looking for help and also seem to have a default negative self talk. It’s great to repeat an episode for a whole week so those positive thoughts really form a proper pathway in the brain. And of course always a fan of the loving kindness meditations.
