Great way to start the day
I’m an entrepreneur and haven’t had much of a schedule and was finding it hard to create structure in my day a be productive. I was starting my day by reading emails and checking the news and being reactionary and stressed out off the bat. I decided to try starting my day with meditation as a way to ground myself, create structure, and start my day relaxed and calm and not filed with stress - and it’s really worked! I’m so much more calm and productive on the days I listen to this podcast first thing and am able to go about my day with intention and so much less stress! It’s also helped a lot with my anxiety and depression and just keeping my outlook more positive. Thank you for this podcast - it’s exactly what I needed!
