I Have Never Been a Morning Person
Thanks to this podcast, I’ve gone from skipping alarms and aimlessly scrolling through social media before getting out of bed, to waking up, getting on my feet, and setting a positive mindful tone for my day. When I decided to start building a healthy daily routine for myself, I knew a morning meditation was crucial. Lucky for me, Wake Me Up was the FIRST one I tried and I know it’s right for me! I love that I can wake up gently, then get motivated to get out of bed and have some movement before sitting down and meditating. And I love leaving on a closing note to remember throughout my day. Thanks for this awesome podcast!

This is one of THE best meditation podcasts!!! I’ve always struggled with consistency but if I don’t tune in to this podcast I will have an off day. Tyler your amazing and it is selfless what you are doing with this show. You definitely are changing lives including mine.
