Recovering snooze-aholic
PTSD has led me to become a snooze-aholic the past few months. I’ve always loved mornings in the past. I feel highly productive, energized, and happy with life when I get up early. This struggle to get up in the mornings has impacted just about every part of my life so my therapist recommended doing morning meditation and I found this podcast. I have not hit snooze once since starting this. The fact that this meditation, movement, and motivation starts in the comfort of my bed has been the missing piece I’ve been looking for! After 1 week of not hitting snooze I already feel so much clarity, I feel more in control of my PTSD and I feel happy and ready to reach for the stars. Thank you for providing the missing piece in my life! I can’t wait to hear more of these meditations that pull me out of the snooze trap!

I found these Morning Meditations by accident and they have truly transformed my mornings. They are full of positivity without being trite, well paced and very well thought through. The topics are varied and interesting. Thank you Tyler!
