“This pod has pretty good guests and often covers topics I’m interested in, but Sean is incredibly frustrating to listen to. He speaks like a dullard, drones on about nothing for minutes at a time and then apologizes profusely for droning on about nonsense instead of letting his guest speak. Why do an interview format if you’re not going to prepare an interview or let your guest speak? I find his pseudo-evangelical, conservative positions on topics to be overly simplistic, uninformed, and uninspiring. “Madonna says she’s an Illuminati goddess right there on her instagram”. Except she doesn’t and a 2 second search would tell you that. In the same episode, he mentions how some person was trans, “or maybe not trans but lgb-whatever”… great take Sean. Its simpletons like Sean McCann that give truthers a bad reputation for not being serious researchers and for pushing tired religious tropes. In the same episode, the episode with Thomas Mallory from psyop cinema ( a phenomenonal podcast btw) he casually states that a materialistic world view is synonymous with satanism. So literally everyone that is not of a fundamentalist judeo-Christian religion is a satanist? Exactly why people think conspiracy theorists are all religious zealots. I want to support the guy because I love podcasts and good for him for pushing through the haters like me, but I would be remiss if I didn’t offer either my criticism nor my feedback. Hopefully he gets better”
