People who are rude or even aggressive and lack respect unless they are a narcissist or a malignant narcissist typically don't show respect because they don't have respect for their own self or their own path. And in the West we don't teach respect anymore. We teach celebrity. It doesn't mean we put up with disrespect it means we need to teach it.
