This is a weird one. We head to the Japan Pavillion in Epcot to have dinner at Takumi Tei. We ordered the Konoki Dashi (Mushroom Soup) and Takumi Sashimi (Tuna, Toro, Salmon, Yellowtail, Uni, Ikura) let me tell you...Uni or Sea Urchin roe is quite possibly the most savory, delicious food I’ve ever tried.
