Up first however is No Sudden Move, an HBO Max release from director Steven Soderbergh, who is popularly known for his modern remake of Ocean’s 11. His new film was partially marketed as a heist film, but quickly reveals itself to be a dark comedy more interested in how race, gender, and wealth intersect more broadly than the particulars of one heist gone wrong.
