Growing Kindness with Deanna Kitchen

Description
Is there anything that will light up a room like a bunch of flowers? How come that we in the digital world are lonelier than ever? According to a Harvard study, a single act of kindness a day directly impacts 125 people. In this podcast episode, Alexandra chats with Deanna Kitchen from the Growing Kindness Project about how this realization got her thinking and eventually got her starting what is now the Growing Kindness Project. A non profit that now leads a global team of over 2500 gardeners and farmers who are on a mission to change the world with kindness, one stem at a time. Deanna talks about how the book Essentialism made her bravely step away from certain areas of her farm, use her strengths to truly support her values, and how her biggest and most current dream is to equip children with tools, inspiration and bravery to join the Kindness Project. Tune in and get inspiration on how it only takes one person to create change, how community truly can amplify a message, and how often what we are looking for is very near to us.  Find out more about The Growing Kindness Project here: Website & Instagram Connect with The Circular Entrepreneurs here: Instagram If you want to work with Alexandra, you can find 1:1 coaching packages here In order to keep growing this beautiful community I would love for you to follow, share, rate & review the podcast.
