Today’s episode is all about routines. We’re big fans of routines as they keep us sane, but getting on a routine that works well for your family, be it: sleeping, eating, napping, etc is hard. We chat through the first year of schedule and share our day-to-day routines, including our morning and night time routine. We speak about sleep training, starting solids, meal planning and how everything feels daunting the first time around. We chat about how we block out the noise and do what’s best for our families, go at our own pace and do what feels comfortable to us.
