“Okay here we go. 20 Game stretch by team:
Nats (7): The Mets take 4 of 7 from the Nats winning both Wilmer Font starts and losing the deGrom start because well its the Mets and we don’t like winning for our Cy Young Winner. But its also the Nats so it can go 4-3 in their favor too.
Marlins (3): I don’t care if we call up Tim Tebow to pitch this series, if we dont pull the brooms out on May 19 there is a serious issue. 3 of 3
Detroit (3): Interleague play. Two mediocre teams at best. Just a boring series where the Mets take 2 of 3.
Dodgers (4): Anyone who thinks the Mets are taking any more than 2 games in LA is crazy. 1-3 against Mets-made Justin Turner. With momentum, 2-2 is possible but unlikely.
D-Backs (3): Another boring series incoming. Mets win first and third games. 2-3 in the desert.
Overall: 12-8. Not bad but not good either. Will take the zoo animals to a 31-28 record which I will take 59 games into the season.”
