A request — One topic totally missing from this series is Native American legal history and their complex interactions with the United States. Treaties and alliances (made and broken), federalism issues, and SCOTUS cases are all available here, so why not make a series on it for, say, the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower arrival next year?”
