Very american and close minded
I just listened to the Groningen Episode. For the first ten minutes I was sure that this show is a satire of traveling americans! Unfortunatly it is not. The way the host and the guest talked about the netherlands was extremly condecending. To me it sounded like they viewed Groningen and other european citys as their little personal playgrounds or some sort of plastic Disneyland and not as a historically relevant place and the Home of real people. The guest called traditionell dutch food disguisting, referred to everything as cute and doll like and said that there are no real Problems anywhere insight. I feel like this is a huge misrepresentation of the City and downplays the lived experience of dutch people.

Just listened to the latest episode. I really love the local insight into destinations rather than the glossy PR versions. A must listen. Lee is so soothing
