Mildly interesting at best.
This would’ve made a decent episode of This American Life. There’s nothing here to warrant a three episode arc and its own podcast release. It is a loosely insightful look at a troubled and quarrelsome family and their inter-dynamic relationship and how misinformation and paranoia lead to two of their deaths. There was a lot of meat left on the bone here, namely the house. To me the last 10 minutes were the most interesting of all. An actual look at the causes and conditions which lead to the outcome. They barely touched on it, but that house most certainly contained an entertaining podcast, and this three episode series, does not.
