“WMR succeeds where most other manga podcasts fail. No hints of pretentiousness, animosity or awkward, uninteresting discussion between strangers here; just two good friends who are as likely to come up with convoluted theories on recent chapters as they are to go on wild tangents about wrestling or bizarre school memories. Nick and Chris have a real knack for describing and commenting on the series they read, making the worst series or even a manga you might have never touched an enjoyable ride. The two are likely to get a laugh out of you even if they do not share your opinion on a given series.
Each episode feels less like a podcast and more like listening in on the conversation between two very funny friends. A real gem.”
