If you are not in a good place mentally this episode may be better skipped. There are several times when laughter is happening strictly so we're not sobbing, not because anything in this episode is really lighthearted. Also, due to the sheer uncomfortableness we both feel when being so openly emotional with anyone really. If you've ever felt alone in dealing with any of these, just know you're not alone. We all struggle, sometimes in silence, but if you find the safe space for speaking up about what's been eating you up inside often times you'll find someone close to you dealing with similar battles.
