Jonny Landels joins the podcast today to discuss diet-culture and intuitive eating from his experience.  Jonny is an intuitive eating and fitness coach. His bio: You’re in the right place if you’ve always felt “too big” and “too heavy”.    In this episode, Jonny shares his experience growing up with parents who had a complicated relationship with their bodies and food, and how that led him to believing he was ‘fat’ from a young age.
