“The callers have such unique situations - they’re comical and serious at the same time.
The banter between hosts Jake and Gareth speaks to a friendship with history and true understanding of each other that reminds me of important friendships that feel easy, no matter how much time has passed.
The freedom with which they pitch crazy ideas that are grounded in a solid understanding of the problem has given me a new appreciation for the art of improv.
The number of times a crazy pitch turns into a really good solution is incredibly instructive.
The way that they invite people to try on solutions, practice it, and receive feedback to improve is non-judgmental and effective.
